1st Advisory Board Meeting of the IncoNet CA organised in Bishkek

CeRISS organised the first Advisory Board meeting of the IncoNet CA project in Bishkek on 22 September 2014. 

An Advisory Board has been set up including policymakers from both the EU Member States and the CA countries, with long standing experience in STI policy and international cooperation. The IncoNet CA project seeks input and recommendations from the Advisory Board on the strategic orientations of the project.

The board includes the following four members: Mr Jean-Luc Clement (Adviser to the Director of International Affairs, Ministry of Education and Research, France), Mr Michael Schlicht (Director, Federal Ministry of Education and Research, BMBF, Germany), Mr Odikhuja Parpiev (Executive Director, Committee for Coordination of S&T Development, Uzbekistan), Mr Kanysh Tuleushin (former Vice-Minister of Industry and New Technologies, Kazakhstan).

The meeting took place at the premises of the National Library of the Kyrgyz Republic.
