The White Paper on “Opportunities and Challenges in View of Enhancing the EU Cooperation with Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Caucasus in Science, Research and Innovation” is a document providing a picture of the STI landscape in EU and in the Eastern Partnership and Central Asian countries, with emphasis on Challenges and Recommendations to be jointly addressed in the frame of STI cooperation.

A critical reflection on the White Paper from an STI policy perspective is now available online in the Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
