Conference on “Sharing experiences from Association to H2020”

Thu, 01/06/2017

The Horizon 2020-funded Project “EaP PLUS” and the Academy of Sciences of Moldova organized a Conference on “Sharing experiences from Association to H2020” on 30-31 May 2017 in Chisinau, Moldova.

The event was dedicated to the newly EaP Associated Countries to H2020. Four out of the six EaP countries are currently Associated (Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia). In that respect, it is important to exchange views and share experiences on the way national authorities are organizing themselves in order to take full advantage of the Association, i.e. maximizing the benefits from the committed national funds.

The Conference involved high-level representatives from the four aforementioned countries, Associated countries with long experience, such as Israel, Serbia, Turkey and observers from non-associated EaP countries (Belarus, Azerbaijan).

Topics included in the agenda were long-term benefits and challenges from the Association; best practices for a successful Association; optimizing framework conditions, etc.
