In cooperation with the relevant local authorities and coordinators of the National Contact Points for Horizon Europe, the European Commission invites researchers from the public and private sectors in each one of the Eastern Partnership countries to participate in Horizon Europe Information Days dedicated to researchers in each one of these countries (namely Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).  

With the objective to support successful participation in the EU Framework Programme Horizon Europe and in the European Research Area, the (virtual) events will take place on the following dates with a duration of approx. 4 hours:

Armenia: 20 May 2021 11.00 – 15.00 (local time);

Azerbaijan: 20 May 2021 10.00 – 14.00 (local time);

Belarus: 27 May 2021 13.00 – 17.00 (local time);

Georgia: 28 May 2021 13.00 – 17.00 (local time);

Moldova:18 May 2021 13.00 – 17.00 (local time);

Ukraine: (tbd)

The Info Day will give to the attendees the opportunity to receive information about the structure of Horizon Europe and modalities for participation in the calls for proposals. Dedicated sessions will introduce different parts of Horizon Europe such as Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), the European Research Council (ERC), Widening Participation and International Cooperation. The participants will be able to ask questions in every session.  

The Horizon Europe Info Day is directed to all interested stakeholders from the EaP countries!
